01. The SpiroTex™ Schematic
We have re-engineered the fiber-level architecture to ensure the fabric maintains its geometric integrity under continuous kinetic load.
- Outer Shell Architecture: 85% continuous 50D polyester filament.
- Kinetic Core: 15% high-recoil elastane.
- Encapsulation Protocol: Every micron of the high-recoil elastane core is surgically shielded within the continuous filament polyester shell.
This plating technique creates a dual-layer architecture. The polyester shell provides surface stability, UV protection, and resistance to pilling. The internal elastane delivers stretch and recovery — without ever sitting directly against the skin.

02. Why Small-Batch Production Still Takes Longer
The execution of the SpiroTex™ matrix is not possible on standard industrial machinery. Consistent encapsulation at this scale requires specialized knitting equipment and tight process control. Standard high-speed machinery cannot maintain the required precision across every panel.
Even in small batches, each run must be carefully monitored. The fine 50D continuous filament leaves very little margin for variation — any inconsistency in tension or alignment can compromise the core. As a result, production moves at a deliberate pace rather than maximum speed.
We accept the longer cycle because it is the only reliable way to keep the elastane fully protected and the surface uniform from the first panel to the last.
