We accept returns or exchanges on all Core Silhouettes initiated within 30 days of the original order date.

Please note: complimentary return shipping is limited to one-time per original order. Following our 90-day Genesis launch window, a standard $10 Eco-Logistics fee will apply to returns. As a strict policy, taranirvana does not recirculate used inventory; all returned items must pass the Pristine Standard audit.

Due to our strictly limited small-batch production, we highly recommend initiating exchanges within seven (7) days of delivery to guarantee your exact size is still available in the vault.

Every returned garment undergoes a rigorous hand-inspection under bright lights at our Ohio Atelier. To pass this audit, items must be:

• Untampered: The Identification-Tag and its locking security cord must be attached and uncut. If the cord is tampered with, the item is deemed "worn" and ineligible.
• Unworn, Unwashed, & Unaltered: The garment must be completely free of deodorant marks, cosmetic stains on the collar, pet hair, and all scents (including cologne, body odor, and laundry detergent). *Advice: Please ensure deodorant is completely dry before trying on your garment.
• Warning: Any garment failing this audit will be rejected and shipped back to the address on file.

Absolutely. The Original Presentation Box is part of the product value.

• It must be returned in original Undamaged condition inside a protective shipping carton.
• Do not tape the shipping label directly to the Presentation Box.
• Missing or damaged Silver Boxes will incur a 10% Repackaging Fee deducted from your refund.

• Request: Email concierge@taranirvana.world with your Order Number.
• Label: Receive your prepaid shipping label via email.
• Pack: Place the garment and the Presentation Box inside a protective outer shipping carton.
• Ship: Transfer the parcel to any authorized UPS/USPS carrier location.
• Process: Audits and refunds are processed within five (5) business days of arrival at the Ohio Atelier.
