The structural failure of standard performance apparel stems from exposed elasticity. When raw elastane is simply blended into a fabric, rubber sits directly against your skin—generating friction, trapping heat, and rapidly degrading under washing.

We eliminated the vulnerability. The SpiroTex™ matrix operates on a strict coaxial architecture. A high-tension, continuous elastane engine is 100% encapsulated within a spiraled sheath of continuous 50D polyester. Because both filaments are infinite and unbroken, there are no loose ends to pill or fray.

You experience absolute kinetic recovery and true 4-way stretch, but rubber never touches your skin. It is uncompromised structural armor with a silk-like touch.

How does SpiroTex™ maintain its "like new" appearance after washes?

Most performance fabrics rely on topical chemical finishes that wash off after 10-15 cycles. Once those finishes are gone, the fabric looks tired, faded, and worn.

SpiroTex™ takes a different approach. Our 50D continuous filament extrusion creates a perfectly smooth, uniform fiber surface with no loose ends to fray or pill. The high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) dye process locks color deep into the fiber structure, resisting fading. The result is a garment that maintains its original luster, color depth, and structural integrity—even after heavy-duty wash cycles.

Why use a fabric that is so difficult and expensive to manufacture?

Because the alternative is compromise.

SpiroTex™ is difficult to manufacture because we refuse take shortcuts. The 50D continuous filament extrusion requires specialized looms and precise calibration. The 3D honeycomb microgeometry demands exacting knit structures. The encapsulated core—a high-tension elastane strand completely shielded inside a polyester shell—is technically complex to produce.
